The pool & lanai deck area is the whole width of the home for maximum sun & fun space.

Enter the home thru glass panel doors and see the massive 'Great' room and the pool area thru a 'wall' of glass slider doors. The furniture is of excellent grade with a view of the TV, a second TV is in the den.

The formal dining room is well appointed with a view out the front window.

The large kitchen with solid surface countertops has lots of room to work on. For extra convenience there is a smooth top range. The kitchen with custom cabinets is stocked with glasses, dishes, pots/pans & plastic lanai dishes. Coffee maker, toaster, etc. is also provided. Next to the kitchen is a nook with a very large table with a view to the rear and pool area.

The Master bedroom features a 'Queen' size bed and a 'full' ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Bathroom features double sinks, large corner tub and walk-in shower. This bedroom also features glass slider doors to the lanai / pool area.

The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and large closet. The 3rd bedroom has two Twin size beds and closet. Both 2nd and 3rd
bedrooms use the 2nd bathroom with double sinks and tub / shower, this also connects to the pool area.

The pool and lanai area is very large. The large pool is solar heated and also has the option of electric heat pump.


This private home is in one of Rotonda’s newer home area of Pine Valley. It is well placed with the rear pool area looking over a waterway.

Upon entry you can see how impressive the Main room looks. The Formal Dining room is off to the left.

The Kitchen and the adjoining Breakfast Nook is nice to enjoy the morning meal looking out the rear.

The Master bedroom with ‘Queen’ bed has an ensuite Bath with walk-in Shower and Spa Tub.

Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed and #3 has 2 Twins. Great for children! Second Bathroom nearby also connects to pool area!

The Den with Queen sleeper settee can also be used as a 4th Bedroom.

Many activities to do nearby including- Tennis courts, water sports, fishing- local and deep sea, mini golf, go-carts, beaches, restaurants, shopping, everglades and airboats. Disney is only 3 hours drive time. You may also take a fast boat ride to Key West from nearby Ft Myers to spend the day.
