Convenience: By working with a professional management company you are relieved of the myriad of details involved with marketing and maintaining your vacation/rental property. For a low management fee we do all of the following:
Promote the home to potential renters (see marketing details below)
Maintain the pool by using a professional, licensed, and insured pool service company
Maintain the lawn by using a professional, licensed, and insured lawn service company
Provide weekly “empty house checks” when the home is vacant.
Inspect for plumbing leaks, security system (if equipped), pool water level / operation. etc.
Inspect the home prior to the arrival of each renter.
Inspect the home following the departure of each renter to access the condition of the home.
Provide 24-hour emergency contact assistance for the renters.
We can also accommodate (at a lower monthly rate) those properties where the owner does not wish to rent their property out and just wish to have a 'Home Watch' / maintenance type program.
Marketing: With our websites your property is marketed to an international audience. Additionally we have many rental guests who return year after year. Other marketing avenues that we employ include the local contacts, our own pool of referral sources, and other websites.
Many of our homeowners eventually learn how to provide some or even all of their own rentals and utilize our company strictly for maintenance purposes.
